If you won the Powerball...What would you do?

Tonight, we will experience the 3rd largest lottery drawing in Powerball history.  600,000,000! The cash value is a staggering 376 million.  An amount this high begs the question...what would you do??? Seriously...what's the first thing you would do?  During my commute to work everyday, I have a lottery daydream.  I think about the people that I would share the money with (I have a list), the cars that I would purchase, and the trips that I would take.  I certainly would not be one of the people that goes broke, lol.  After I finished enjoying the first 10 million - I would find an accountant and financial adviser to make sure my family and I are set for life.  I honestly don't think I could go through 300 million, but you can never be too safe!
